Expect: Your own designated open studio space (approx 14m2), 24hr studio access, high-speed wifi with GigCity and access to shared spaces including a large workshop, kitchen and meeting space.
Studios start from $55 + GST per week - all inclusive, billed monthly in one easy to manage amount. Leases from 3-12 months.
Creative Industry Offices
The Mill's Creative Industry Offices provide room for small arts or art-adjacent businesses to operate a private, affordable workspace in a professional and arts-compatible environment.
Spaces range in size from single-person offices to larger co-working studios and retail spaces with ground floor window frontage.
Current and past uses include fashion design, visual art, publishing, graphic design, game development, pop-up retail, tattooing and more.
Expect: 24hr studio access to your secure studio, high-speed wifi with GigCity and access to shared spaces including a large workshop, kitchen and meeting space. Prices start from $125 + GST per week. Leases from 3-12 months.
Desks
The Mill has a range of desks available, ideal for writers, photographers, digital creators and small-scale makers.
Expect: 24hr access, high-speed wifi with GigCity and access to spaces such as Upstairs Studio, kitchen, shared soft spaces and meeting room. Prices start from $55 + GST per week. Leases from 3-12 months.
