Residuary gift
I give to The Mill Incorporated (ABN 11 538 697 891) free of all duties [in words] percent of my residual estate the residue of my estate, for its general purposes at the discretion of its board of directors, and I direct that a receipt signed by an authorised officer of The Mill Incorporated shall be a full and sufficient discharge for my Executor(s).

Pecuniary gift
I give to The Mill Incorporated (ABN 11 538 697 891) free of all duties the sum of [amount in words] ($amount in numbers) for its general purposes at the discretion of its board of directors and I direct that a receipt signed by an authorised officer of the The Mill Incorporated shall be a full and sufficient discharge for my Executor(s).
