Peter comes from a varied career and skillset, having worked at the Sydney Opera House for a decade in set construction and staging, followed by a secondary career in the sector as a union organiser for theatre workers. 

This was followed by a brief stint as a woodworking and electrical repair workshop manager at ‘The Bower’ (Sydney), before moving to Adelaide with his family.

Peter first joined The Mill as a studio artist to explore the artistic possibilities of his woodworking practice, before he grabbed the opportunity to join the management team as Venue and Events Manager.
